Lot Information

Lot 1

Almond Housing Association intends to enter into a Framework Agreement with a single contractor for the design, supply and installation of new kitchens and associated works. It is envisaged that the Contractor passing the Community Benefit Matrix Outcome and scoring highest following the overall price and quality evaluation will be appointed to the Framework. It is anticipated that the initial work order raised under this Framework Agreement will be for the 28Nr properties detailed within the invitation to tender document. Subsequent orders may be issued at the Associations discretion for 49Nr properties within both Year 2 and Year 3 of the Framework. Notwithstanding the above, the appointment to the Framework does not guarantee that orders will be placed with the provider.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. The estimated value is 90,000.00 GBP within year 1 and 150,000.00 in both years 2 and 3 of the Framework. The total value of the works over the period equates to circa 400,000.00GBP.
