Provision of Scottish Housing Quality Standard Surveys
Notice Description
North Ayrshire Council ("NAC") requires a suitably experienced supplier to collect, validate and report upon condition information of 3,500 domestic properties in North Ayrshire including the Isle of Arran, for the purpose of improving existing records regarding compliance with the Scottish Housing Quality Standard ("SHQS") and the Energy Efficiency Standard for Social Housing ("EESSH").
Lot Information
Lot 1
Surveys required are internal, external, min RdSAP (reduced data standard assessment procedure) and where required common block. A small number of full SAP surveys may be required on new build homes (approximately 50 homes).
