Notice Description
To isolate, disconnect, remove and dispose of existing, LTHW, CI radiators, pipework and all accessories as directed ready for upgrade. Supply, install new, and adapt to existing oil-fired boiler and connections in plantroom and electronic BMS controls, to suit new LTHW radiators & valves, steel pipework and all associated valves and controls required to form a complete and functional upgraded heating system, incorporating existing hot water system. All as per Drawings, specifications Schedules and Work notes M(56)001 Rev A, M(56)002 Rev A & M(59)001 Rev A and Covid-19 document K.

The full installation shall comply with the conditions laid down in the Standard Conditions of Contract contained within the provided Bill Guide, Drawings, Work Notes, Specifications, schedules and Tender document K - Covid-19 special measures addendum. It is highly recommended that tenderers visit the site to familiarise themselves with the full extent and nature of the works and for incorporation of any required costs as per Covid - 19 tender documentation, as no reparations/additions can be made at a later date for the lack of such knowledge. To organise access to site please contact Chris McPherson 07740515948 To isolate, disconnect, remove and dispose of existing, LTHW, CI radiators, pipework and all accessories as directed ready for upgrade. Supply, install new, and adapt to existing oil-fired boiler and connections in plantroom and electronic BMS controls, to suit new LTHW radiators & valves, steel pipework and all associated valves and controls required to form a complete and functional upgraded heating system, incorporating existing hot water system. All as per Drawings, specifications Schedules and Work notes M(56)001 Rev A, M(56)002 Rev A & M(59)001 Rev A and Covid-19 document K. Tenderers must complete their Sub-Contractor's requirements on page 23 or their tender shall be deemed Non-Compliant. Tenderers should note that all associated builders work and making good forms part of their tender and their submission must reflect this, as no additions shall be accepted for the exclusion of same. Please note Conditions of Contract item 1.6: - Fife Council Building Services shall not be providing any skips, scaffolding, access platforms or mechanical lifting/ hoisting facilities. These items must be provided by the sub-contractor (where required) and the costs thereof included in the tender price. The Tender Price submitted shall be the Fixed Price for the Contract as no additional costs will be accepted unless prior instruction and approval has been received.
