Gutter cleaning maintenance using vacuum gutter cleaning equipment at the schemes in detailed in the schedule of locations
Renewal: Bield Housing and Care will consider extending the contract for up to a further 12 month period. However, this will be dependent on the Contractor satisfactorily fulfilling his contractual commitments and the required level of performance as set out in the KPIs and a suitable adjustment to the contract price being negotiated between the parties.
