NHS Education for Scotland (NES) are looking for a supplier to provide access to the HSCN connection. NES have our infrastructure located within Microsoft Azure. The solution provided must: Use ExpressRoute circuits and "Private Peering" only; Have a bandwith of at least 10Mb; Have Dual Connections into Microsoft Azure for geographical resilience; Have Dual Firewalls; and Have a connection availability of 99.8%. The chosen supplier must have as a minimum: Be HSCN-CNSP registered; and Have achieved full HSCN compliance. That is, suppliers should be at the "Ready for live service" level of compliance. Implementation: Scope the solution with NES and develop an implementation plan; Implement the agreed solution within the timeframe stated in Section 6; Agree on support provision and process for accessing support; and Provide adequate monitoring and reporting capability.
