This Framework Agreement is for the supply of Oncology Generic medicines to NHS Scotland. The Goods have been separated into thirty-nine (39) categories, each of which is identified as a "Lot". Full details of each Lot is contained in section II.2 of this notice.

Lot 1 Bendamustine Powder For Solution For Infusion

Supply of Bendamustine Powder For Solution For Infusion to NHS Scotland. The Authority has awarded all presentations within this lot to a single supplier.

Renewal: The Authority is entitled at its sole discretion to extend the Framework Agreement for up to a maximum of twenty four (24) months by giving a minimum of three (3) months written notice of such extension(s).

Supply of Capecitabine Tablets to NHS Scotland The Authority has awarded all presentations within this lot to a single supplier.

Renewal: The Authority is entitled at its sole discretion to extend the Framework Agreement for up to a maximum of twenty four (24) months by giving a minimum of three (3) months written notice of such extension(s).

Supply of Carboplatin Injections to NHS Scotland The Authority has awarded all presentations within this lot to a single supplier.

Supply of Docetaxel Concentrate For Solution For Infusion to NHS Scotland. The Authority has awarded all presentations within this lot to a single supplier.

Supply of pegfilgrastim 6mg pre-filled syringe to NHS Scotland. The Authority has awarded this Lot as an unranked multi-supplier Framework to three (3) Framework Participants.

Renewal: The Authority is entitled at its sole discretion to extend the Framework Agreement for up to a maximum of twenty-four (24) months by giving a minimum of three (3) months written notice of such extension(s).

Supply of aprepitant capsules to NHS Scotland. Each product line within this Lot was grouped together and awarded to a single Framework Participant.

Renewal: The Authority is entitled at its sole discretion to extend the Framework Agreement for up to a maximum of twenty-four (24) months by giving a minimum of three (3) months written notice of such extension(s).

Supply of Octreotide Injection The Authority has awarded all presentations within this lot to a single supplier.

Supply of all other products/presentations within this tender to NHS Scotland. Each product line was treated as an individual Lot, and has been awarded to a single supplier Participant.
