    "description": "Relevant Information for Suppliers - * Anticipated Tender Launch - Early September 2020 * Organisations require to meet all Qualification criteria that will be contained within the ESPD document, with your attention drawn to these specific qualifying criteria: * Organisations must have a minimum of 2 years experience delivering services in the relevant Categories/Lot's that they wish to apply for. * Care Inspectorate Registrations (or Equivalent regulatory body) must be in place relevant to each Category/Lot being applied too, prior to the commencement of the Contract (anticipated as 01/02/2021). *Care Inspectorate Gradings under the heading 'Care & Support' require to be evidenced at Grade 3 or higher for the current and 1 previous inspection. * This Tender is for the break point re-opening of an existing live Framework Agreement which will run until 30th January 2024, with an option to extend for a further 2 x 1 year periods. * The Council, invites New Applicants, or those Providers who were not previously successful in being awarded to any part of the original 2019 Framework, or who wish to apply for a new Framework category not previously awarded. Successfully awarded Providers will be added to a new non ranked 'services list' to enhance the existing available Provider options operating under the current Framework Agreement, in relation to each of the service categories detailed. Applicants will be strictly limited to providing services under Option 2 of the SDS Act, and Service Users or their Proxies will be able to choose these Providers using a non-ranked alphabetical list created for this purpose.
