Scottish Enterprise (SE), in partnership with the Scottish Government (SG) and the UK Geospatial Commission (GC) wishes to appoint a supplier to deliver activity as a "Network Integrator" (NI) to encourage and support formation of a Scottish Geospatial Cluster by working with and growing the Geospatial Information sector within Scotland. The main purpose of the project is to establish the connections and conditions for the establishment of a Scottish Geospatial Cluster. In essence, to foster better connections between businesses, the public sector and academia such that there are opportunities for innovation in product and service delivery that address an identifiable market requirement or creates new opportunities to enhance productivity and efficiency. The aim is to ensure that Scotland's Geospatial SME base is positioned to gain the optimum share of Geospatial market growth. It is envisaged that this contract will commence on the 6th of October 2020 for a period of 24 months, with the option to extend the contract for a period of 12-months.
