An outline specification for each of the 4 projects has been uploaded to this notice. Suppliers who wish to express interest in any of the above projects are to download and complete the Questionnaire attached to this notice Moray Council Business Gateway Supplier Questionnaire. The questionnaire is to be returned to procurement@moray.gov.uk by the deadline of 12:00 noon on Friday 28th August 2020. It is envisaged that a maximum of ten suppliers who meet the relevant criteria will then be invited to quote via the Quick Quote facility on Public Contracts Scotland.
