Savills (UK) Ltd, on behalf of Crown Estate Scotland, would like expressions of interest from suitably experienced contractors to provide ground stabilisation works through a resin injection system to 3 rural Farm Buildings in Moray (all properties are situated in remote locations and form part of a working farm), all have evidence of subsidence: Properties - Farm House by Dufftown, Farm House by Buckie, General Purpose Shed, Glenlivet. It is anticipated that the contractor will have specialist experience in use of a resin injection system in the rectification of subsidence. It is recognised that the contractors may require some element of facilitation works for site set up and welfare - which will be detailed in the Tender package. The contractor will engage with and consult with Savills, as contract administrators, and the appointed structural engineers, to ensure that solutions are appropriate and sufficient.
