All Works will be carried out within the boundaries of North Lanarkshire, mainly within occupied properties. Contract value Tenderers should note that this contract is for a maximum value of 15,000 GBP over the total contract period including extensions. The tender exercise is being conducted as an open tender and will be awarded on the basis of lowest price only.
