Lot 1

The contract is for the Periodic Electrical Inspection and associated immediate remedial works for a number of the Associations' tenanted properties and common closes as listed in Appendix 1. The contract will run from approximately November 2020 to 31st March 2022. The successful contractor will be required to ensure that their organisational structure, labour and resources enable them to perform the contract, including meeting the deadline for completion by 31st March 2022.
