The building will be occupied by a ground floor tenant during this phase and must be prioritised in health and safety policy. Phase Two (not part of this tender, available to bid mid Oct) - rest of the project Commences immediately upon completion of Phase One or can commence within Phase one if there is contractor continuity. The project is required to meet funder deadlines and future business plans, every effort must be made to remain on schedule. Phase One and Phase Two may be awarded to the same contractor over the two tenders.
