NAC/5042 Information Manager Services for Ardrossan Community Campus
Notice Description
North Ayrshire Council will be appointing a lead designer/architect to develop design proposals for the new Ardrossan Community Campus. Construction on the new campus will commence in Autumn 2022. An Information Manager is required for this design process. This project is partially funded by the Scottish Government through Scottish Futures Trust (SFT). SFT have specified that an Information Manager must be appointed for this project in order to receive funding. The skill set and experience is focused on information management using BIM in accordance with BS EN ISO 19650 Parts 1 and 2. There is no design responsibility or design liability. A key deliverable will be to provide validation of the 'as built' 2D and 3D models and provide a validated digital Operational and Management manual and Health and Safety file prior to handover. The appointment will be from RIBA stages 0-6.
