Employee Assistance Programme
EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAMME ( to include EMPLOYEE COUNSELLING)
Occupational Health and Related ServicesOccupational Health and Related Services, the main outcomes required from the provision of services are as follows: - Maximised attendance; falling sickness levels - Enhanced employee wellbeing through a range of wellbeing initiatives and support systems - Improved identification, reduction and prevention of the causes of workplace ill health - Managers are assisted to meet legal obligations for identifying and managing health risk - The Council is advised on necessary adjustments to be made in the workplace that are not detrimental to the health of Argyll and Bute Council's Employees - Provision of health promotion for a clear, consistent and sensitive handling of health-related issues - Healthier Employees through, for example, raised awareness of work-related health issues - Clear, fair and supportive procedures for those who are unable to return to work due to ill-health - Comprehensive and detailed reports addressing fully the health and medical issues being raised in referral letters.
