The Purpose of this PIN is to engage with provider(s) who are able to meet some or all of the requirements for the following established City of Edinburgh Council contracts: 1. Complex Needs Employability 2. Edinburgh Targeted and Integrated Employability Service 3. Supported Employment The City of Edinburgh Council now intends to re-commission a blended employability service which meets the requirements for Edinburgh's complex, targeted and integrated, supported employment service. Although all services are linked, each service has its own distinct requirement.
