Notice Description

The Association wishes to appoint up to three contractors to a Framework Agreement for environmental improvement works split across two lots in East and West Central Scotland. The Framework will be for a period of two years with the option to extend the Agreement with any provider for a further 12-month period. Bidders may apply for either one Lot or both Lots with potentially 3 contractors being appointed to each. Works will be ordered at the discretion of Horizon Housing Association based on tender schedules of rates and/or mini tendering competitions for any order as deemed necessary by the Association. The estimated value of works to be carried out under the Framework is 12k GBP per annum for each Lot.

Lot Information

East

The Association wishes to appoint up to three contractors to a Framework Agreement for environmental improvement works split across two lots in East and West Central Scotland.
