PROC 20 0148 - Supply and Install of Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure and Associated Support Services
Notice Description
The Scottish Police Authority published its Fleet Strategy in 2019 which included the ambition to have a fully Ultra Low Emission Vehicle (ULEV) fleet in ten (10) years. Ensuring the provision of appropriate charging infrastructure across Police Scotland's estate will play an important part in supporting this ambition. This contract shall be divided into 3 phases, the Scottish Police Authority shall offer a firm commitment to Phase 1, with Phase 2 and 3 being optional. Phase 2 and 3 shall only activated during the contract period when instructed by the Scottish Police Authority.

This contract shall include the following: Feasibility/Site Studies; Distribution Network Operators (DNO) & Local Council Engagement; Project Management and Strategy Support Services; Commissioning and Building Warrants Services; Supply and Install of EV Charging Units; Warranty and Maintenance of EV Charging Units; Smart BackOffice System; Connection to Scottish Government Charge Place Scotland Network This contract shall be divided into 3 phases. The Authority shall offer a firm commitment to Phase 1, with Phase 2 and 3 being optional. Phase 2 and 3 shall only activated during the contract period when instructed by the Scottish Police Authority.. Mini-Competition via ESPO: Vehicle Charging Infrastructure (636).
