The City of Edinburgh Council is seeking to establish a single supplier framework to support the management of life and limb risks within it's domestic property estate. Services will be commissioned on an ad hoc basis and whilst it is expected that advice will be required in all the categories listed below, it is not possible to give definitive details of volume. - Incident response (including emergency response) - Legislative advice/updates - Site inspections - Analytical services - Training It is expected that this will cover but is not limited to areas of risk including asbestos, gas safety, electricity safety, fire safety and structural integrity. Interested parties should register against this notice. It is anticipated that a future contract notice will be published in November 2020.
