Wheatley Group are seeking to engage with the market in respect of a Contract and Supplier Management software system requirement. The purpose of this Prior Information Notice is to engage with suppliers, hold demonstrations to understand which system(s) best meet our requirements. Following engagement, Wheatley group may decide to procure using an existing Framework Agreement or procure its own contract. There is no obligation for the Wheatley Group to subsequently tender following our evaluation of this exercise.. Please ensure that you download, read and understand the Questionnaire prior to completing it. If you have a clarification, please ask via the Public Contracts Scotland web portal. We will endeavour to respond as soon as possible.
