Grounds Maintenance Lotted MTC Contract

Notice Description

Generally, the service will comprise the regular Grounds Maintenance of grassed areas, rough grassed areas, shrub beds, isolated trees and woodland in accordance with the maintenance schedule (Priced Section). The contract period will be from March to October annually for each year of the contract.

Lot 1 - Aberdeen City

Lot 1 Aberdeen City. See the attached ESPD & Price Quality Method Statement & Scoring Evaluation - Grounds Maintenance - Final for the specific details on bidding for lots across the geographical areas.

Renewal: The MTCA for Grounds Maintenance Services for each Lot will be for a 3-year period with the option to extend for 3 x single 1-year periods solely at CHA discretion to a maximum of 6 years

Lot 2 - Aberdeen South

Lot 2 Aberdeen South. See the attached ESPD & Price Quality Method Statement & Scoring Evaluation - Grounds Maintenance - Final for the specific details on bidding for lots across the geographical areas.
