Home Fix Scotland are seeking to appoint three highly competent and experienced contractors to become a party to a 'Multi-Trade Void Property Works' framework. The purpose of this framework is to assist Home Fix Scotland in ensuring Void Properties are brought up to lettable standard for our parent company River Clyde Homes. River Clyde Homes is a 'not for profit' affordable housing provider that owns and manages over 5,800 homes and provides factoring services to a further 2,200 homes in the Inverclyde area. The successful contractors require to deliver all trades that may be required to bring properties up to the required standard. These include, but may not be limited to, joinery, plumbing, electrical, plastering, painting, brickwork and roofing works. It is envisaged that for the initial 12-month duration of the contract, the framework providers collectively will require to complete 30 - 35 void properties per month. Only bidders that have the capacity to at least complete 10 voids per month should submit a tender response.
Renewal: The contract will run for an initial 2-year duration. HFS may wish to extend any resultant agreement for up to a further two, 12-month periods, subject to the agreement of the successful bidder.
