The Axioscan imaging system is an automated fluorescent slide scanner. It is capable of scanning up to 100 slides in up to 7 channels. The Advanced Imaging Resource currently uses Zeiss microscopes almost exclusively for fluorescent imaging. All of our in house Fluorescent scanning is carried out on Zeiss systems.. This is a 7 year rental agreement
