Notice Description
This Framework Agreement is for the supply of Cardiovascular & Respiratory Medicines to health boards across NHS Scotland. The Goods have been split into fifteen (15) categories, each of which is identified as a "Lot". Full details of each Lot is contained in section II.2 of this notice.
Lot Information
Epoprostenol powder and solvent (pH10.5) for solution for infusion vials
Supply of Epoprostenol 500mcg and 1.5mg powder and solvent (pH10.5) for solution for infusion vials to NHS Scotland. The Authority has awarded all products within this lot to a single supplier.
Renewal: Option to extend by a further period of up to twelve (12) months upon giving not less than three (3) months written notice, such notice to expire no later than the date the framework agreement is due to expire.
Epoprostenol powder and solvent (pH12) for solution for infusion vialsSupply of Epoprostenol 500mcg and 1.5mg powder and solvent (pH12) for solution for infusion vials to NHS Scotland. The Authority has awarded all presentations within this lot to a single supplier.
Renewal: Option to extend by a further period of up to twelve (12) months upon giving not less than three (3) months written notice, such notice to expire no later than the date the framework agreement is due to expire.
Epinephrine (Adrenaline) Pre-filled syringesSupply of Epinephrine (Adrenaline) Pre-filled syringes to NHS Scotland in a range of presentations. The Authority has awarded each product line to a single supplier.
Renewal: Option to extend by a further period of up to twelve (12) months upon giving not less than three (3) months written notice, such notice to expire no later than the date the framework agreement is due to expire.

Fondaparinux Sodium Pre-filled SyringesSupply of Fondaparinux Sodium Pre-filled Syringes to NHS Scotland in a range of presentations. The Authority has awarded each product line as a multi-supplier unranked framework agreement to two (2) Framework Participants.
Renewal: Option to extend by a further period of up to twelve (12) months upon giving not less than three (3) months written notice, such notice to expire no later than the date the framework agreement is due to expire.
Urokinase InjectionsSupply of Urokinase Injections to NHS Scotland in a range of presentations. The Authority intends awarding each product line as a multi-supplier unranked framework agreement on a line by line basis and it is envisaged a maximum of 6 Suppliers will be awarded. Full details can be found within the ITT.

Isosorbide Mononitrate Modified Release Capsules and TabletsSupply of Isosorbide Mononitrate Modified Release Capsules and Tablets to NHS Scotland in a range of presentations. The Authority has awarded each product line as a multi-supplier unranked framework agreement to six (6) Framework Participants.

The Authority has awarded each product line as a multi-supplier unranked framework agreement to six (6) Framework Participants.
Renewal: Option to extend by a further period of up to twelve (12) months upon giving not less than three (3) months written notice, such notice to expire no later than the date the framework agreement is due to expire.
Verapamil Hydrochloride Modified Release Capsules and TabletsSupply of Verapamil Hydrochloride Modified Release Capsules and Tablets to NHS Scotland in a range of presentations. The Authority has awarded each product line to a single supplier.

Theophylline Modified Release Capsules and TabletsSupply of Theophylline Modified Release Capsules and Tablets to NHS Scotland in a range of presentations. The Authority has awarded each product line to a single supplier.
Renewal: Option to extend by a further period of up to twelve (12) months upon giving not less than three (3) months written notice, such notice to expire no later than the date the framework agreement is due to expire.
Bosentan TabletsSupply of Bosentan Tablets to NHS Scotland. The Authority has awarded this Lot as a multi-supplier unranked framework to five (5) Framework Participants.
Renewal: Option to extend by a further period of up to twelve (12) months upon giving not less than three (3) months written notice, such notice to expire no later than the date the framework agreement is due to expire.
Branded and Branded Generic InhalersSupply of Branded and Branded Generic Inhalers to NHS Scotland in a range of presentations. The Authority has awarded each product line as a multi-supplier unranked framework agreement to six (6) Framework Participants.
Renewal: Option to extend by a further period of up to twelve (12) months upon giving not less than three (3) months written notice, such notice to expire no later than the date the framework agreement is due to expire.
All other Cardiovascular & Respiratory MedicinesSupply of all other Cardiovascular & Respiratory Medicines to NHS Scotland in a range of presentations. The Authority has awarded each line within this lot to a single supplier.

Iloprost MedicinesSupply of Iloprost Solutions for Infusion and Nebuliser solutions, to NHS Scotland in a range of presentations. The Authority has awarded each product line as a multi supplier unranked framework agreement on a line by line basis to three (3) suppliers.
