R&M Multi-Trade, OOH and Voids (to include Door Entry, Kitchen & Bathroom works)
R&M Multi-Trade, OOH and Voids (to include Door Entry, Kitchen & Bathroom works) winner of lot undertake the OOH (to include any combination of electrician, joiner, plumber, painter, plasterer, builder, EPC assessor/surveyor, cleaner etc) - Multiple Provider Award
Renewal: The Framework will be for a period of 4 years; it will initially run for 24 months and then will have the option to extend for a further 2 single 12 month periods at Linthouse Housing Associations discretion.
