The contract is for the refurbishment of Bannockburn Library and the former RBS Building (Bannockburn Enterprise Hub). The Library comprises of the creation of a maker space, DDA compliance with the extension of an external ramped area, new access doors and a general refurbishment of the main library space. The Enterprise Hub refurbishment will result in a community hub across 202m2 of the internal floor space and 80m2 of retail, split into two units.
