2. The Council require to appoint a suitably experienced Service Provider to provide servicing and maintenance for the current Council wide laundry equipment and provide reactive repairs across various properties within the Council area.

Lot Information

Lot 1

Attend various properties located throughout the Renfrewshire area and carry out planned preventative maintenance and provide a reactive repair service to the laundry equipment.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal: Measured Term Contract for a period of 3 years with the option to extend on 2 separate occasions for 12 months each occasion up to a maximum contract period of 5 years.
