Notice Description

Muirhouse Housing Association Limited ('MHA') wishes to appoint a single supplier to provide painterwork and associated trades (pre paint repairs) for the associations stock - there are 570 properties and35 communal blocks. The project duration is anticipated to be '3 + 1 + 1', i.e. over an overall duration of 5 years. Each phase shall be awarded as single contract and award of further phases will be subject to MHA assessment of contractor performance. There is no entitlement to automatic award of any further phases.
