Notice Description
Crown Estate Scotland is seeking to appoint an appropriate legal firm to provide legal services and support (''the Services''). The appointment will be for an initial period of 3 years commencing 1 April 2021, with the option to extend for an additional period of up to 2 years (extendable one year at a time) to 31 March 2026. This Further Competition initiates the procurement for Legal Services provision for Crown Estate Scotland and associated requirements on a "One-Stop-Shop" basis. This procurement is being carried out as a further competition against Lot 6 of the Scottish Government framework agreement SP-18-010. Crown Estate Scotland has reviewed available frameworks and lots and determined the best fit to be appointment of a single provider from the Scottish Government Framework Lot 6 (One-Stop-Shop).
