Lot Information

Timber Windows

Removal, disposal and replacement of existing windows. Repair of existing windows. Window replacement using either single, double, slim-line double or triple glazed. Repair or replace ingoes, soffits, sills, aprons and facings as appropriate. Recycle, disposal of all materials. Any other associated works. Types of windows required: Sash & Case Windows Casement Windows

Internal/External Doors

Removal, disposal & replacement of existing doors/door sets and associated side lights, fanlights and screens. Repair of existing doors/door sets and associated side lights, fanlights and screens where appropriate. Repair or replace ingoes, soffits, sills, aprons and facings as appropriate. Recycle, disposal of all materials. Any other associated works.

UPVC Windows and Doors

Windows: Removal, disposal and replacement of existing windows. Repair of existing windows. Window replacement using either single, double or triple glazed. Repair or replace ingoes, soffits, sills, aprons and facings as appropriate. Recycle, disposal of all materials. Doors: Removal, disposal & replacement of existing doors/door sets and associated side lights, fanlights and screens. Repair of existing doors/door sets and associated side lights, fanlights and screens where appropriate. Repair or replace ingoes, soffits, sills, aprons and facings as appropriate. Recycle, disposal of all materials. Any other associated works.

Fire Rated Doors

Where the building regulations require the supply and/or fit of a fire rated door/door set to our property in our estate, certification is required both for the door/door set and for the installation of these types of doors/door sets. Removal, disposal & replacement of existing doors/door sets and associated side lights, fanlights and screens. Repair of existing doors/door sets and associated side lights, fanlights and screens where appropriate. Repair or replace ingoes, soffits, sills, aprons and facings as appropriate. Recycle, disposal of all materials. Any other associated works

Windows for High Rise Blocks (Specialist)

Windows in High Rise Blocks require to be designed to a higher specification due to their high exposure & wind loads. Elements such as additional reinforcement, water tightness and restrictor components must be considered by the designer. Works include but not limited to: Removal, disposal and replacement of existing windows Repair of existing windows. Window replacement using either single, double, or triple glazed, made from UPVC, aluminium, timber or composite construction. Repair or replace ingoes, soffits, sills, aprons and facings as appropriate. Recycle, disposal of all materials. Any other associated works. Types of windows Centre Pivot Windows Tilt & Turn Windows Casement Windows
