The SPS currently has an existing Local Area Network Supply and Support Contract. However as a result of SPS's Digital Strategy including new technology the requirements have increased beyond the parameters of the existing contract. As a result, the SPS requires a a more flexible approach in relation to its IT infrastructure. The initial purchase shall be for maintenance services for Goods purchased under the IT Network Upgrades (01850) Contract. However, it is expected that the value will increase as the implementation of the Digital Strategy continues.
