Notice Description
The works include some reconfiguration of the existing Kitchen areas, replacement of key equipment, replacing the kitchen ventilation system with a new ventilation system that complies with current standards. This includes installing new supply and extract systems, gas interlock system and fire suppression system. The works also include the relocation of the cold room condenser from the corridor adjacent to the kitchen to the roof above the kitchen.
