SE are looking for a provider who will allow up to 1,500 employees full access to a curated and compressed business knowledge hub with a minimum of 10,000 business book summaries and access to a range of multimedia learning resources such as video talks. It is envisaged that the service will start towards the end of February 2020 and the contract will have a four year duration.

Scottish Enterprise are looking to appoint a single provider for this service. SE are looking for a provider who will allow up to 1,500 employees full access to a curated and compressed business knowledge hub with a minimum of 10,000 business book summaries and access to a range of multimedia learning resources such as video talks. This should take the format of a link to a compressed library that is capable of being branded with the Scottish Enterprise Academy logo. Summaries should be available in various formats and through a variety of media including mobile devices tailored to both an individual and business level to meet Organisational needs. It should also provide the capability to allow each of the 1,500 members of staff to highlight subjects that they have a particular interest in and have relevant compressed editions "pushed" to their e-mail address. Thus, facilitating both the push and pull access facility to relevant business publications/information on a daily/weekly basis. The service should also provide access to the full range of TED talks and other relevant video/learning materials and learning resources providing a micro-learning platform. The contract will be procured through the Open process. It is anticipated that the contract will start on 20th February 2021 over a duration of a 4 year contract term.
