Notice Description

Accountant in Bankruptcy (AiB) is an Executive Agency of the Scottish Government responsible for administering the process of personal bankruptcy and recording corporate insolvencies in Scotland. It is responsible for the determination of personal and entity bankruptcy applications, making decisions on debt payment programme applications under the Debt Arrangement Scheme and protecting trust deeds. In response to the economic implications of the COVID-19 pandemic AiB plan to run a marketing campaign. This marketing campaign will encourage those who are dealing with accruing debt or new and challenging financial circumstances to act now. The campaign will provide hints, tips and suggestions on how to act and where to get help, whilst focussing on the benefits of getting advice first hand.
