Moray Council wishes to appoint a multi-disciplinary Design Team to secure detailed planning permission for a Phase 1 development at Dallas Dhu and associated works alongside an indicative layout for the remainder of the site. In addition to this the design of a range of contemporary and traditional affordable house types that respond to different settings across Moray including the Dallas Dhu site.
