Notice Description

The breach of planning control in this instance relates to the unauthorised change of use of a domestic property and its grounds within one of the settlements in mainland Argyll to create a wildlife rescue centre that rescues, treats and releases sick, injured and orphaned wildlife. Direct Action would include removal, and transportation of non-domestic birds and animals from the premises, and rehousing at an appropriate animal care facility, provision of veterinary assessment/treatment as required and release upon conclusion of treatment period.
