Property Area 1

The purpose of this Invitation to Tender (ITT) is to allow Bield to select a suitable Servicer Provider for the provision of Annual Lift Servicing and Maintenance & Associated Minor Works.

Options: The work has been divided into lots. It is Bield's intention not to award any supplier more than two lots. Pricing is also sought for the performance of Competent Person Services. If awarded, these may be awarded in different lots than any awarded for maintenance services, to ensure a truly independent review and testing service.
