Notice Description
We use a user centred design approach and follow Digital First Service Standard from Scottish Government where required. To aid our work we use a variety of methodologies and software for the testing of websites, prototypes, static images, mobile sites, and published applications to better understand user behaviour. This includes face to face user research; however the service design team also have need of a complementary online research platform.
