As a Registered Social Landlord Fafley Housing Association intend to commission the services of an appropriately qualified contractor to carry out fixed electrical testing (EICR) in accordance with BS 7671 and Guidance Note 3. It is also a requirement to check existing interlinked smoke, heat alarms and where these are not present or not compliant install the required interlinked detectors.
