            "performanceTerms": "The Service will be monitored throughout the duration of the Contract to measure the impact of the pilot project and with a view to developing a sustainable model for Housing First in Dumfries & Galloway which will meet the future needs of this client group. The main categories of performance to be monitored will be: - Tenancy sustainment and repeat homelessness - Accident and Emergency Attendance - Alcohol Related hospital admissions - Drug misuse Related Admissions - Harm reduction interactions .e.g. number of service users given advice on overdose prevention techniques - Police arrests - Offending behaviour and interactions with Justice System The Provider should supply evidence of the progress of Service Users and will be monitored from the start of the Contract The Provider shall work with the Housing First Steering Group to develop a suite of appropriate performance indicators to measure performance of the pilot project."
