The Council's Communities & Public Protection department requires the licence and maintenance of Civica App which is currently used for the recording and allocation of all work such as complaints, services requests, visits and samples of Trading Standards, Business Regulation (Food Safety and Health and Safety), Environmental Improvements and the Community Safety Service (Wardens and ASIST).
