Notice Description
Framework Agreement, for Roofing, Roughcasting and Related Works to Falkirk Council Housing Properties. The scope includes carrying out pitched or flat roofing, roughcasting, sealant, external property painting and / or rainwater renewal works to the Council. The framework consists of 7 Lots Lots - Lot 1 Pitched Roofing Works Lot 2 Pitched Roofing Maintenance Works Lot 3 Flat Roofing Work Lot 4 Roughcasting Works Lot 5 Sealant Works Lot 6 External Property Painting Works Lot 7 Rainwater Renewal Works

Lot 1 Pitched Roofing Works
Lot 1 Pitched Roofing Works Council Contracts Programme - undertake Pitched Roofing Works within the Council boundary for a programme of properties provided by the Council, agreed at Contract pre-start meetings and on-going programme review meetings.
Lot 2 Pitched Roofing Maintenance WorksLot 2 Pitched Roofing Maintenance Works Council Ad hoc Non-Programmed Maintenance - undertake standard or emergency Pitched Roof repair, by attending site, access roof, assess repair and provide a survey report, corresponding Risk Assessment and Method Statement (RAMS), photographic evidence of repair required and works quotation. On receipt of approval, then complete repair providing post completion photographs to the Instructing Officer. These works are reactive, where properties are not programmed and may be located anywhere within the Falkirk Council boundary.
Lot 3 Flat Roofing WorksLot 3 Flat Roofing Works Council Contracts Programme - undertake Flat Roofing Works within the Council boundary for a programme of properties provided by the Council, agreed at Contract pre-start meetings and on-going programme review meetings. Council Ad hoc Non-Programmed Maintenance - undertake standard or emergency Flat Roof repair, by attending site, access roof, assess repair and provide a survey report, corresponding Risk Assessment and Method Statement (RAMS), photographic evidence of repair required and works quotation.
