Lot 2 Pitched Roofing Maintenance Works

Lot 2 Pitched Roofing Maintenance Works Council Ad hoc Non-Programmed Maintenance - undertake standard or emergency Pitched Roof repair, by attending site, access roof, assess repair and provide a survey report, corresponding Risk Assessment and Method Statement (RAMS), photographic evidence of repair required and works quotation. On receipt of approval, then complete repair providing post completion photographs to the Instructing Officer. These works are reactive, where properties are not programmed and may be located anywhere within the Falkirk Council boundary.
