River Clyde Homes are looking to procure a competent and experienced company to undertake Gas Infill Works to properties that are the responsibility of River Clyde Homes and are situated within the Inverclyde Area. A detailed specification of the works required is attached at Appendix F, and a list of the properties that require works in the initial tranche is contained within Appendix G.

River Clyde Homes are looking to procure a competent and experienced company to undertake Gas Infill Works to properties that are the responsibility of River Clyde Homes and are situated within the Inverclyde Area. A detailed specification of the works required is attached at Appendix F, and a list of the properties that require works in the initial tranche is contained within Appendix G. The works require to be completed at these initial 32 addresses by 31st March 2022.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.

Renewal: The contract will run for an initial 1-year duration. Subject to contractor performance, RCH may wish to extend any resultant agreement for up to a further two, 12-month periods, subject to the agreement of the successful bidder.
