This award notice relates to a direct award of Microsoft Licensing Agreements to the 1st ranked supplier on the HealthTrust Europe LLP Framework Agreement for the provision of Enterprise Level Information Communication Technology (ICT) Solutions for hardware, software, programs, applications, security, computer science, managed services, consultancy, support and associated services. The contract has an initial term of 3 years and the ability to true up and true down on the anniversary of each year.
Options: There is the option to extend the contract for a further 3 years and to include additional Microsoft products as required. The contract value will vary each year as a result of the true up and true down facility or as a result of mid-year variations. The scope of these options means the contract may increase to 5149465.00 GBP over the full 6 year term.
