Zero Waste Scotland required a skilled and experienced Contractor to provide evaluation consultancy services to assess the impacts of the Energy Efficiency Business Support Service (EEBSS).

Lot 1

Zero Waste Scotland invited suppliers to tender for the provision of evaluation consultancy services to assess the impacts and effectiveness of the Energy Efficiency Business Support Services (EEBSS) provided during a twelve (12) month delivery period between 01 April 2020 and 31 March 2021. This was a Single Stage ("Open") Tender conducted using the Public Contracts Scotland web portal, in accordance with the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Further details on the specific Project requirements were provided in the procurement documents published with the relevant Contract Notice on the Public Contracts Scotland web portal.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Options: The Client may request additional interviews be included as part of the fieldwork for an evaluation project where this would improve overall quality of the outputs.

Renewal: An extension of twelve (12) months to 31 March 2023 is allowed for the purposes of providing a further evaluation project for the delivery period between 01 April 2021 and 31 March 2022. This extension is subject to satisfactory performance during the initial term of the agreement and agreement between both parties.
