Lot Information

Lot 1

Gas Servicing and Maintenance to cover approximately 422nr residential properties located in Glasgow Scotland. Works are as follows: 1-Annual Gas Servicing and Safety Checks in accordance with specification during the contract period including Energy Performance Certificates and Smoke and Heat Detector tests. 2-Reactive Maintenance in accordance with specification for any combination of Emergency, Urgent, and Routine Repairs, during the contract period. 3-Planned Gas Maintenance in accordance with specification during the contract period - Full/partial heating installations / associated repairs.

Renewal: Possible 1 + 1 year extension based on contractor performance.
