Lot 1

The provision of a maintenance service for all fire safety systems and equipment together with any associated works as required in premises owned and managed in Edinburgh and Fife by Viewpoint Housing Association (VHA). The contract period is for a 32-month period starting on 1/8/21 and finishing on 31/3/24. There is an option to extend the contract by an extra 24 months in 12-month intervals.

Renewal: The contract period is for a 32 month period starting on 1/8/21 and finishing on 31/3/24. There will be the option to extend the contract through two periods of 12 months. The extension of the contract will be at the discretion of VHA Senior Team.
