Lot 1

To ensure Dumfries and Galloway core paths are free from obstruction and vegetation encroachment we require the following core paths to be maintained. Annandale and Eskdale - 15,825 linear metres of paths to cut, over 24 individual paths. Nithsdale - 20,719 linear metres of paths to cut, over 25 individual paths. Stewartry - 17,310 linear metres of paths to cut, over 16 individual paths. Wigtownshire - 15,726 linear metres of paths to cut, over 12 individual paths. Total path meterage to be cut is 69,580 linear metres over the region. The contract is 1 year plus extension dependent on satisfactory performance. Variant bids are not accepted.
