Public Health Scotland ("the Authority") is Scotland's lead national agency for improving and protecting the health and wellbeing of all of Scotland's people. Options: The value of the framework agreement may be increased by up to 50%, in-line with regulation 72 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations, should additional in scope services be identified during the Framework term.
