Lot 1

Gutter Cleaning & Roof Anchor inspections to property main and low-level porch roofs, refer to Specification. Services include: clearing out gutters; ensuring gutters & downpipes are running clear; bagging, removal and disposal of waste; record photographs/videos of all gutters cleared and roof repairs required; roof anchor certification and maintaining a roof anchor testing schedule; all cost to include any scaffold and access platforms and working platforms for completion of the works.. As outlined in the attached "SPD and Price & Quality Method Statement Criteria and Scoring Evaluation - GC & RAT"

Renewal: The provision of gutter cleaning and roof anchor inspection services for the period of 3+1+1 [potentially maximum to be 5-years] period to 2025/26. The Employer retains the right to extend, or not, the contract after the 3-years 2024/25 & 2025/26.
